At agencies, you create for lots of different brands. In-house, you get to go deep on one brand.
At Ashandelle, you get to do both. Our clients are long-term partners — so on our team you get to grow and evolve the brands, plural, that you work with.
We’re a fully remote, diverse team of designers, developers, copywriters, animators, photographers, videographers, and experts at things like data automation, marketing, branding, and SEO/SEM. We collaborate online using tools like Slack, Notion, Dropbox, and Zoom. All of this means we create some pretty cool things — together.
Everyone is a member of the team whether they’re an employee or a contractor and these benefits are available to all team members.
We’re fully remote, so if you need to go to the doctor, check on your sister’s cat, or do a load of laundry — that’s cool. Nobody’s looking over your shoulder here.
Most of our clients are remote and so are we! We use modern tools to collaborate together online. No commute, no rush-hour, nobody nagging you to get back to the office.
We strive to treat everyone equally but there are a few benefits reserved only for employees. Ashandelle has a 35 hour work week to go with our flexible scheduling.
Full-time employees get 10 days vacation and six days of sick leave per year.
I can't say enough good things about our Ashandelle team. They’re always thoughtful and creative and they continue to provide strategic guidance and design work. They've become an integral part of our overall marketing team and I am so thankful for them.
Ashandelle’s expertise runs from design and UI/UX, to research and writing, and strategy and ideation. They're the "one-stop-shop, can't live without, reliable resource" that's kept us at the forefront of our industry, in good times and bad.
I am torn between wanting everyone to get the full benefit of Ashandelle's brilliance… and wanting to keep them all to myself.
We’re currently looking for the right person for the following roles:
If you are an individual in the U.S. or Canada, we’d love to hear from you.
Candidates must be in the U.S., Mexico, or Canada. No agencies. Seriously. You’ll just waste your time and ours. We won’t look at your work. We won’t read your cover letter. Why? Because we need candidates who are available during US business hours and because we hire our full-time team members from our pool of contractors. Please don’t waste your time and ours.
