Learnsoft, founded in 2005, offers a cloud-based, automated learning and development platform — enabling organizations to offer global training on nearly any device. Their core values — growth, reliability, and openness — inform their ongoing mission to enable the most productive, prepared, and happy workforce. Since 2005, Learnsoft has found success empowering clients in highly regulated industries to provide better training. Their client base includes organizations across industries like healthcare, government, and hospitality. Their modular, cloud-based solution is quick to launch, easy to integrate, and fully customizable.
It was crucial that Learnsoft’s values were front-and-center in their new brand as we infused their personality in everything from their logo to their color palette, typography, shape language, and their voice and tone.
Finding that friendly, innovative, and playful tone was key in differentiating Learnsoft from traditional software companies and led us to explore easy-going, approachable design motifs.

Building out the blocks
Our visual exploration brought us to a distinct, playful visual language built on the concept of blocks — with energetic colors and a nuanced shape language that creates a layered, engaging visual experience distinct to Learnsoft.
We showcased Learnsoft’s core value of growth with a logo that represents an open book, a plant growing towards the sun, and a human being with arms open wide. We combined that with a customized wordmark that softened and balanced the letterforms. The combination created a warm, inviting lockup with layered meanings that invites people into the platform.

Learnsoft’s playful nature is on full display with their new color palette.
Moving beyond the traditional and serious “tech blue” used in their original logo, we added energetic and bold tones across the spectrum, to create an innovative, playful feel no matter where they show up.
The new way of learning for the new way of working
Building a redesigned, SEO-focused website was key in bringing Learnsoft’s new visual language to life. The result is a fun, engaging website that’s not only easy to navigate, but is enjoyable to read.
By utilizing blocks to frame elements, product UI can be simplified and layered with text and other visual elements — drawing the eye precisely through each page’s story.
Like any website we build, the focus on accessibility and readability means Learnsoft’s site uses a modern, responsive design that works on any modern device or browser.
Content that connects
Effective websites move beyond design and user experience to provide content that a company’s audience wants to spend time consuming. By focusing on the core audiences Learnsoft needed to connect with, we helped write and produce a library of content that presented Learnsoft as an authentic, relatable expert in their field.
But just connecting with your audience is only half of the challenge — content has to convert as well. And our content — which both provides value and drives toward action, did exactly that for Learnsoft.
It was tremendous to work with the Ashandelle team on this project, a critical path item to generating demand for Learnsoft. In short order, we completely transformed the look and feel and drove increased demand almost immediately. An amazing group of talent to work with!
